ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY OFFICER'S MESS, MUARA, Tuesday, 27 December 2022 -

Midshipman Abdul 'Aziz @Muhd Daud Al- Muktafibillah bin Hj Mohd Rafee, RBN and
Chief Petty Officer Md Nurul Iman bin Hj Md Salleh, RBN were promoted to the rank of Substantive Lieutenant Junior Grade. The event took place at the RBN Officers' Mess, Muara Naval Base.
1531 Lieutenant Junior Grade Abdul 'Aziz@Muhd Daud Al-Muktafibillah, RBN was commissioned after completing his cadet training at the Britannia Royal Naval College (BRNC) Dartmouth, United Kingdom on 15 December 2022. After 20 years of service in the RBAF, 1532 Lieutenant Junior Grade Md Nurul Iman bin Hj Md Salleh was promoted through a special commission.
First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Spry bin Haji Serudi @ Haji Seruji, Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) was present at the promotion ceremony to award the new insignia to the officers. Also present during the ceremony were RBN senior officers, officers, and families of the promoted officers.
